The Partners Group currently has an outstanding opportunity for a client-focused employee benefits professional to join our Employee Benefits team in Meridian, Idaho as a Benefits Account Manager.
As a Benefits Account Manager, you'll serve as a trusted resource for an assigned portfolio of employee benefits clients, helping ensure they receive proactive guidance, responsive service, and effective solutions that support their organizations and employees. You'll coordinate renewal strategy, benefit plan implementation, carrier relationships, and ongoing client service activities that help clients make informed benefits decisions and maximize the value of their programs. By partnering closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you'll contribute to a seamless client experience and support TPG's commitment to delivering exceptional service.
This role is well suited for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, managing multiple priorities, delivering high-quality work, and serving as a knowledgeable resource in the employee benefits space. Title: Benefits Account Manager
Location: Meridian, Idaho; in-office with hybrid-remote opportunities
Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri
Salary Range: $75,000-85,000 annually (DOE)
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and ability to handle long periods of screen time.
Travel: Minimal, if any
