Marsh McLennan Agency is hiring an Account Executive on the Employee Benefits team. You will lead day-to-day client strategy, renewals, and marketing in partnership with the Producer, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliant, timely service.

This hybrid role requires Florida 2-15 license, 5+ years in health insurance, and strong MS Office skills. You will negotiate with vendors, support open enrollment, and explore opportunities to expand coverage while maintaining exceptional client

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active Florida 2-15 insurance license is required.
• 5+ years in the health insurance industry; agency experience preferred.
• Experience with self-funded accounts.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day client strategy and service delivery with the Producer.
• Oversee renewals, marketing strategy, and vendor negotiations.
• Lead client deliverables and ensure quality, timely results.
• Manage financial and claims reporting and analysis for clients.
• Develop contribution modelling and budget scenarios.
• Coordinate open enrollment planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance deliverables and dashboards as applicable.
• Manage escalated issues and identify growth opportunities.

Conhecimentos

High school diploma or equivalent

Active Florida 2-15 license

5+ years health insurance

Self-funded accounts experience

MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
