Qualifications

• Knowledge of community resources is preferred.
• Course work in Medical Terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect required consents and paperwork.
• Verify insurance and collect co-payments, handling non-clinical queries.
• Answer phones, coordinate scheduling, and assist with general requests.
• Maintain accurate records in the EMR and handle data entry.
• Work onsite Fridays; hybrid role across Edwards and Frisco as needed.
