Responsibilities

• Obtains and verifies patient information for registration and collects required financial paperwork.
• Communicates with patients, providers, and colleagues in person, email, phone, or Teams.
• Requests payment of financial responsibility and informs patients about coverage and eligibility information.
• Maintains organized files and scans medical records; posts monies collected and data entries.
