Job summary

Buildertrend Solutions, Inc. in Omaha, NE. is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate and qualify leads, educate prospects, and schedule demos with Sales Executives. You will work in a hybrid environment, earning $19.27 per hour plus weekly/monthly bonuses, targeting an OTE of $60k–$70k annually.

You’ll build a track record by turning curiosity into action, connecting with builders, and collaborating with Marketing to maximize opportunities. No relocation required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of sales or lead generation experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
• Connect with prospective customers through calls and other outreach to understand their business needs.
• Schedule product demos between potential customers and Sales Executives.
• Meet or exceed performance goals for calls, meetings and qualified opportunities.
• Refine messaging and outreach based on customer needs and market insights.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to execute lead generation campaigns and maximize opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and workflows in Salesforce and other systems.
• Embrace using AI as a tool to enhance your work, while remaining open to learning, applying critical thinking, and owning the quality of your final work.
