Job summary

Our client in Chicago is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support firmwide and cross-team initiatives. You will move between teams as priorities shift, working in a hybrid model with three days in-office and two remote.

Responsibilities include managing marketing and BD initiatives from kickoff to launch, rolling out AI tools, optimizing processes, and producing data-driven reporting. Candidates should have 3-5 years in marketing/BD and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, business development or communications.
• Strong project management skills, including handling several initiatives at once, spotting obstacles early and seeing projects through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage firmwide marketing and BD initiatives from kickoff to launch.
• Support adoption of AI tools, testing, training and data cleanup.
• Improve processes across intake, templates, pitch libraries and reporting.
• Pull and analyze data for firmwide reporting and provide clear recommendations.
• Coordinate firmwide events, webinars, sponsorships and receptions.
• Maintain consistent marketing collateral, bios, descriptions and website content.
• Draft and coordinate press releases, newsletters and social posts.
