Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Proven experience developing and implementing client programs in ABA.
• Ability to mentor and supervise entry-level staff.
• Compliance with background checks, TB test, and immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized ABA programs for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians to deliver direct services.
• Collaborate with families and other clinicians to ensure high-quality care and support.
• Utilize data collection software to monitor progress and update progress reports.
