Centria Autism is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy across virtual and in-home/center settings. You will supervise technicians, develop assent-based plans, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Requires BCBA credential and strong ABA therapy experience.
• Must supervise Behavior Technicians and coordinate virtual and in-person sessions.

• Oversee ABA therapy with a 50/50 remote/in-person split.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during in-person visits.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans based on ABA principles.

• Maintain data-driven quality and supervision standards.
