Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and state licensure eligibility.
• Experience developing and supervising ABA treatment programs.
• Strong data-driven clinical decision-making and FBA knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and create individualized ABA plans.
• Oversee ABA program implementation and monitor progress with data.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
• Collaborate with caregivers to apply strategies beyond therapy.
• Adjust treatment plans based on progress and evolving needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with standards.
• Partner with leadership to uphold high standards of care.
• Advocate for clients and families with ethical practice.
