ACES (Comprehensive Educational Services) is seeking a BCBA-certified clinician to design and supervise tailored ABA programs across our centers and in-home settings in California. You will mentor Behavior Technicians and collaborate closely with families to ensure outcomes that improve lives.

The role offers a hybrid work option, competitive salary with performance incentives up to $30,000 annually, relocation support, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid BCBA certification.
• Experience designing and implementing ABA client programs.
• Ability to lead, train, and supervise entry-level staff.
• Compliance with background check, TB test, and immunizations.
