Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks a Visiting BCBA to provide hybrid caseload coverage for an existing team of EIBI patients, with 3 in-person days per month. You will supervise technicians, guide families, and contribute to ongoing treatment planning.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience practicing in a clinic-based BACB setting.
• 1+ year experience with hybrid caseload management, family guidance, and technician oversight.
• Experience with Central Reach’s learning trees, sessions, notes.
• Ability to work in a hybrid in-person/remote environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hybrid caseload coverage for an existing team of EIBI patients and technicians with 3 days in person monthly.
• Caseload management includes supervision, technician direction, family guidance, re-assessment, and report writing.
• Attend center-wide meetings and participate in team-building activities.
• Collaborate with in-person Clinical Directors, Operations Managers, and visiting directors.
• Travel across ABC markets for caseload assignments while maintaining licensure.
