Job summary

Growing Minds Behavioral Health is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to implement and oversee ABA treatment plans under supervision, while supporting RBTs and families within a flexible in-person and remote schedule.

The role offers travel stipend for out-of-area applicants, competitive compensation based on experience, and a benefits package including PTO, health plan options, 401(k), and CEUs, plus ongoing professional development and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Ability to work both in-person and remote in a hybrid schedule.
• Strong organizational, communication, and clinical judgment skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide clinical support and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Assist with training, modeling, and performance feedback for direct care staff.
• Collect, review, and analyze client data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills using play-based and naturalistic teaching strategies.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and caregiver collaboration as appropriate.
• Maintain ethical standards, professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication with families and supervisors.
