Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. The role includes assessments, treatment planning, and supervision of behavior technicians, with collaboration to drive meaningful outcomes.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with flexible hours, no caseload minimums, and no non-compete agreements. A dedicated BCBA Success Manager will support clinical and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
