Job summary

Growing Minds Behavioral Health is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide ABA services across home, school, and community settings. You will supervise RBTs, implement treatment plans, and analyze data under a BCBA's supervision.

This role offers in-person and remote options with a travel stipend for out-of-area applicants, competitive pay based on experience, and benefits including PTO, health plan options, a 401(k), and CEUs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team.
• Strong organizational, communication, and clinical judgment skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid car insurance for in-person services.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide clinical support and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Assist with training, modeling, and performance feedback for direct care staff.
• Collect, review, and analyze client data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills using play-based and naturalistic teaching strategies.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and caregiver collaboration as appropriate.
• Maintain ethical standards, professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication with families and supervisors.
