Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is hiring a Visiting BCBA for a hybrid role with in-person days and travel across markets. The position offers a $65,000–$75,000 salary plus bonus potential, plus relocation support and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will supervise a team, manage caseloads, and contribute to program development. The role emphasizes clinical guidance, ongoing education, and leadership opportunities within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BACB) with 1+ year clinic-based experience.
• Experience in hybrid caseload management, family guidance, and technician oversight.
• Proficiency with Central Reach learning trees, sessions, notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hybrid caseload coverage for an existing team of EIBI patients and technicians with 3 days in person each month.
• Caseload management includes patient supervision, technician direction and coaching, family guidance, re‑assessment, and report writing.
• Participate in center-wide meetings to improve patient and teammate experience.
• Travel across ABC’s markets for caseload assignments while maintaining licensure requirements.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Operations Managers, and fellow BCBAs in the in-person environment when remote.
• ABC’s hybrid Visiting BCBA position is a full‑time, salaried position that does not allow dual employment.
