Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work with essential in-person collaboration and client contact.

The position is available part-time and full-time, with Maryland in-person travel about once per month and East Coast evening hours. Compensation includes hourly pay, a sign-on bonus, and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Ability to meet Maryland licensure/certification requirements.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• East Coast evening availability.
• Ability to travel to Maryland to meet in-person requirements.
• At least one year of telehealth experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and analyze clinical data.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as appropriate.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to promote skill development and generalization.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with other members of the client's care team.
• Ensure services meet clinical, ethical, and payer requirements.

Education
