Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-clinic or hybrid work. The role offers a salary of $90,000–$105,000 per year, with 80% in-person supervision required for hybrid or clinic work. Work from home options may supplement on-site duties.

As a BCBA, you will develop and supervise ABA treatment plans, mentor RBTs, train caregivers, and document progress while collaborating with families to drive meaningful improvements for children with autism.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• NC LBA license required.
• Experience developing and overseeing ABA treatment programs.
• Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must reside within commuting distance of Jacksonville, NC.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze client data and adjust programming to support progress.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Conduct caregiver training and support families throughout treatment.
• Complete progress reports and clinical documentation.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK and other evaluations.
• Perform initial assessments and treatment plan development for new clients.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to ensure exceptional outcomes.
