Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Hybrid BCBA to deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across virtual and in-home settings in Michigan. You will collaborate with clients, families, and clinical teams, balancing remote work with hands-on visits to ensure compassionate, client-centered care.

You’ll supervise Behavior Technicians, develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans, and engage families through monthly trainings, supported by our clinical and operations teams to reduce logistics

Qualifications

• Weekly in-person supervision is included.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits.
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision making.
