Job summary

Centria Autism in College Park, GA is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high‑quality ABA therapy across virtual and in‑home or center settings. The role blends remote planning with in‑person client work and family collaboration.

You’ll supervise Technicians weekly and develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans, guiding families and clients with data‑driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA credential and be in good standing.
• Deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across virtual and in-person settings.
• Weekly in-person supervision is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
