Centria Autism is hiring a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver and oversee ABA therapy across remote and in-person settings. The role includes supervision of technicians and collaboration with families and clinical teams to ensure client-centered care.

The position offers a base salary of $85,000–$95,000 with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities averaging about $1,000 per month, plus comprehensive benefits and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Oversee ABA therapy with 50/50 remote and in-person engagement.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and in-person.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents with monthly parent training to drive progress.
• Maintain high-quality services through regular supervision and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee ABA therapy across virtual and in-home/center-based settings.
• Coordinate with clinical directors and teams to ensure client-centered care.
• Model and coach staff during in-person visits and remote supervision sessions.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on data.
