CENTRIA Autism is seeking a Hybrid BCBA to oversee ABA therapy across virtual and in-person settings in Georgia, Conyers. The role emphasizes assent-based care, parent training, and collaboration with clinical teams. The position offers a hybrid schedule with weekly in-person supervision and comprehensive benefits.

You will deliver high-quality ABA therapy, supervise technicians, and contribute to a compassionate, client-centered program with strong clinical support and resources.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with current certification.
• Experience supervising ABA staff and providing in-person supervision weekly.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy across virtual, in-home, and center-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 remote and in-person engagement.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
