CENTRIA AUTISM in the United States is seeking a Hybrid BCBA to deliver and oversee ABA therapy across virtual and in-home settings. You’ll work with clinical teams, families, and clients, balancing remote supervision with in-person visits.

The role includes a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement, supervision of Behavior Technicians, assent-based plans, parent coaching, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA credential and be eligible to supervise ABA services.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy in home and virtual settings.
• Ability to train and supervise Behavior Technicians and collaborate with clinical teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 remote/in-person split.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians during scheduled visits.
• Develop assent-based, individualized ABA plans following ABA principles.
