Job summary

CENTRIA Autism is seeking a Hybrid BCBA in Georgia to deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across remote and in-person settings. You will supervise clinicians, collaborate with families and clinical teams, and drive assent-based programs using data-driven decisions.

You will coach families, model programs, and lead assessments, with weekly in-person supervision. Competitive compensation and robust benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and active ABA license.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and teams.
• Proven ability to implement assent-based ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split remote and in-person.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and on-site visits.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans per ABA principles.
• Engage parents with monthly parent training to drive progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services using data-driven decisions.
