Already Autism Health, operating as Commonwealth ABA, is hiring an Onsite/Hybrid BCBA in Georgia to deliver ABA services in a clinical setting, with some virtual components, with a schedule from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. The role requires GA licensure, BCBA in good standing, and at least one year of experience with autism. The position emphasizes collaboration with families and a multidisciplinary team, supervision of technicians, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing and live in GA or within 50 miles of GA line.
• Must have GA LBA license.
• Master's degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and strategies.
• Familiarity with assessment tools, behavior analytic methodologies, and intervention techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt and think critically in dynamic situations.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs and goals.
• Provide services in a clinical setting.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct ABA services including assessments, data collection, and analysis.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and team members.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Monitor progress, adjust strategies, and evaluate effectiveness of plans.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
