Butterfly Effects, a BCBA-led organization in the Fayetteville/Sanford area of North Carolina, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team. This hybrid in-home role offers strong professional growth, mentorship, and a family-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field and BCBA certification.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB is required.
• Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise RBTs/BTs to ensure high-quality ABA delivery.
• Perform functional behavior assessments and develop treatment goals and plans.
• Lead monthly caregiver training sessions to build family capacity.
• Coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic outcomes.
