Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- Active BCBA certification from the BACB.

Responsibilities
- Lead & supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.

- Lead monthly caregiver training sessions to build family capacity.
- Coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic outcomes.
