Job summary

Butterfly Effects in Cary, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead interdisciplinary ABA services. You will supervise RBTs and BTs, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with clinicians to deliver high-quality care for children with autism.

This center-based role offers a flexible schedule (4 days in center, 1 day remote), a sign-on bonus, and generous benefits including PTO, 401(k), tuition support, and ongoing professional development through mentorship

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Perform functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Lead caregiver training sessions to build family capacity.
• Coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals.
