Qualifications

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
Active BCBA certification from BACB.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise RBTs/BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
Assess and plan: functional behavior assessments and treatment plans.
Empower families: monthly caregiver training sessions.
Coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals.
