Job summary

Butterfly Effects seeks a BCBA in the Fayetteville/Sanford area of NC for a hybrid in-home position. You will lead clinical practice, supervise RBTs, and design individualized ABA plans to drive meaningful outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Assess and plan: conduct functional behavior assessments and develop treatment goals.
• Empower families: lead monthly caregiver training sessions.
• Coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic outcomes.
