Job summary

behavioralperspective is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with Autism. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with schools and professionals across clinic, home, and community settings.

The role emphasizes supervision, data-driven programming, and direct 1:1 therapy when needed, with a strong focus on BACB guidelines and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA and active BCBA certification/licensure.
• Minimum 1+ year BCBA experience in ABA.
• Experience across in-home, clinic, school and community settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians.
• Develop and maintain client programs with data analyses.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments including FBAs.
• Create and refine individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with schools and professionals for coordinated care.
