Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise Behavior Technicians and deliver in-home, school, and/or center-based ABA services with telehealth flexibility. The role is hybrid with strong onboarding and ongoing clinical development.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Background check, TB test, pre-employment physical exam and immunities to MMR/VZV required on onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and supervise Behavior Technicians, ensuring therapy plans are implemented with fidelity.
• Develop and evaluate ABA programs, conduct FBAs, provide parent education, and problem-solve to support client progress.
• Stay calm in challenging situations and promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
