Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a hybrid Maryland role, with remote work options and 25% in-person requirement.

We welcome both part-time and full-time BCBAs who deliver high-quality ABA services, supervise RBTs, analyze data, train caregivers, and collaborate with families. A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 plus a strong benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Ability to meet Maryland licensure/certification requirements.
• Experience with individuals with ASD.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Remote work capability with evening availability.
• willingness to travel to Maryland for in-person requirements.
• At least one year of telehealth experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and analyze clinical data.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs.
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers to promote skill development.
• Provide parent/caregiver training.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with other members of the care team.
• Ensure services meet clinical, ethical, and payer requirements.
