ABA A Step At A Time Care MD in Laurel, MD is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and supervise RBTs, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and MD LBA licensure.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience conducting functional assessments and ABA program planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust goals.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams for client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory and payer standards.
• Proactively improve clinical SOPs.
