Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology or related field.
• 1+ year experience in ABA with BCBA.
• Ability to work in person and remote.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in behavioral data collection and analysis software.
• Maryland LBA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral intervention plans.
• Conduct assessments, analyze data, and make recommendations.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to develop treatment plans.
• Provide training and support to direct-care staff on interventions.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments and progress notes.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
