Job summary

Autism Learning Partners (ALP) seeks a BCBA in North Carolina to lead clinical care and supervise staff. You will develop ABA programs, perform FBAs, and coach families to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and BACB credentialing.
• Active LBA licensure in NC.
• Background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam paid by employer.
• Experience with ABA programs and FBAs preferred.
• Experience providing parent training and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure fidelity of treatment plans.
• Conduct FBAs and develop ABA programs; provide parent education.
• Adapt flexibly to challenging situations and pursue ongoing growth.
• Communicate proactively and foster collaboration with families and clinical team.
• Meet ALP standards and funding source requirements for client care and parent consultation.
