Autism Learning Partners (ALP) seeks a BCBA in Virginia to lead ABA programs and supervise staff. You will oversee treatment fidelity, conduct FBAs, train parents, and adapt plans to meet client needs while maintaining strong collaborative communication with families.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with work-from-home options for non-billable hours, a manageable caseload, and a strong onboarding/CEU support system. Competitive salary and bonus eligibility are provided.

Qualifikationen

• BCBA certification required by BACB.
• Active LBA certification in Virginia.
• Position requires criminal background check, TB test and pre-employment physical (paid by ALP).

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs and develop ABA programs.
