Autism Learning Partners (ALP) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a clinician-led team in Ohio. The role offers a hybrid schedule with opportunities to work from home for non-billable hours and a manageable caseload designed for focused client care and family coaching.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required from BACB.
• Active LBA Certification in Ohio.
• Background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam will be paid for.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
• Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
• Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.
• Meet ALP's standards and funding source required best practices related to client facing care and parent consultation.
