Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is hiring a BCBA in a hybrid role to lead assessment, treatment planning, and supervision for children with autism. You will collaborate with families, schools, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality therapy and progress.

The position emphasizes professional development, ongoing staff mentoring, and compliance with BACB standards while offering flexible scheduling and partial remote work options.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Education, Psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children or young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing assessment of skills and needs for each client.
• Develop and monitor Individual treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide regular staff training and supervision with feedback for progress.
• Facilitate caregiver meetings and training to ensure open communication.
• Submit required documents for audits and compliance.
• Identify families needing additional supports and coordinate care.
• Mentor staff and maintain a positive, collaborative culture.
