Tek Tree LLC in Houston is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative clinical team. The role supports children and families across home, community, and group home settings, with a hybrid schedule (3-4 days in-person, 1-2 days remote).

You will lead assessments, treatment planning, supervision of RBTs, and parent coaching to drive meaningful progress. The ideal candidate holds an active BCBA, a relevant master's degree, and experience with ASD or developmental

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with ASD and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and supervision skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments, including VB-MAPP, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, and other clinical evaluations.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven program modifications.
• Provide parent training and ongoing progress updates.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and interns.
• Deliver services in home, community, and group home settings.
• Participate in community activities, outings, and field trips with clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Assist with insurance documentation and authorization requests.
• Promote a positive, organized, and team-oriented clinical environment.
