Job summary

Consultants for Children, Inc. (CFCI) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in a hybrid role serving children with autism across home, community, and school settings.

You will supervise and mentor staff while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams. The role emphasizes assessments, treatment planning, and program oversight, with opportunities for professional growth, a supportive work-life balance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and clinical staff.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Lead team meetings and coordinate care among clinicians.
• Train parents, caregivers, and school staff in ABA strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and review data for effectiveness.
