Job summary

SparkJoy ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. The role combines in-person attendance at our Ontario, OH clinic 1-2 days per week with remote work based on client needs.

You will conduct assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, train families, and supervise BTs and RBTs while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Experience with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
• Collaborative, compassionate, family-centered approach to care.
• Ability to attend Ontario, OH clinic in-person 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Conducting behavioral assessments and FBAs as part of treatment planning.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans.
• Providing caregiver training and ongoing family support.
• Supervising and mentoring BTs and RBTs.
• Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting plans based on data.
• Maintaining HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation.
