Job summary

Compleat Kidz in Morganton, NC is looking for a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This Full-Time, hybrid role combines in-clinic work with remote support to deliver high-quality ABA therapy.

You will lead functional assessments, supervise RBTs, track learner progress, collaborate with families, and ensure accurate documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines. We value balance, care quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in ABA or related field
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines
