Job summary

Autism Learning Partners in Maryland is seeking a BCBA to join a clinician-led organization focused on client and family outcomes. You will lead clinical assessments, conduct FBAs, and design function-based treatment plans with a flexible mix of telehealth and in-person work.

The role offers a semi-remote arrangement with some in-person assessments and a manageable caseload. Training and ongoing clinical support are provided, along with competitive compensation and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification (BACB) and active Maryland LBA license.
• Experience leading clinical assessments and creating ABA treatment plans.
• Familiarity with telehealth and in-home ABA service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical assessments and be the first clinical point of contact for new families.
• Conduct FBAs via telehealth or in person based on client needs.
• Design function-based treatment plans and level-of-care recommendations.
• Document progress and communicate clinical recommendations to families.
• Coordinate handoffs with Client Services and regional leadership.
