Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Bowie, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high quality ABA services to children on the autism spectrum. You will develop and supervise interventions, collaborate with families, and ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA license or eligibility with exam planned within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret various clinical assessments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and project management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor client progress and celebrate skill development.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Supervise, train, and orient a growing team of behavioral technicians.
• physically assist during sessions with movers of children aged 2–15 years.
