Giving Growth Therapy ABA in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This full-time, hybrid role features 50% in-person supervision and 50% telehealth, with a caseload of 7-10 clients and starting compensation at $100,000 per year.

Responsibilities include completing comprehensive assessments, developing ABA treatment plans, supervising RBTs, coordinating with families and schools, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant CentralReach documentation

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• NC LBA or ability to obtain is required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and data-driven treatment.

Responsabilités

• Carry a caseload of 7-10 clients with time for assessments, programming, and supervision.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide direct services in-person (≥50%) and via telehealth.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and staff through coaching, in-person and remote.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in CentralReach.
• Participate in client intake and onboarding.
