Giving Growth Therapy ABA in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessments, program design, and supervision for 7–10 clients. The role blends in-person supervision with telehealth, requiring strong ABA expertise and clinical leadership across a team.

You will collaborate with families and educators, ensuring high-quality, ethical care and meticulous HIPAA-compliant documentation within CentralReach.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• NC Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain.
• Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and evidence-based behavioral interventions.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and treatment plan modification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice and HIPAA compliance.
• Must reside or be willing to relocate within North Carolina.

Responsabilités

• Carry a manageable caseload of 7–10 clients with dedicated time for assessments, programming, and supervision.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in ABA principles.
• Provide direct behavioral services in person (minimum 50% of supervision hours) and via telehealth.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff through structured in-person and remote coaching.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated, client-centered care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in CentralReach in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
• Participate in client intake and onboarding to ensure a thorough understanding of each individual’s needs.
