Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy ABA in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services across the state. You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.

The role combines in-person supervision with telehealth, managing a 7–10 client caseload, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant documentation in CentralReach. You must reside in North Carolina or relocate, hold BCBA certification, and be committed to ethical practice while

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• NC Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain.
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and data-driven treatment planning.
• HIPAA compliance and ethical practice.
• Must reside in North Carolina or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Carry a manageable caseload of 7–10 clients with assessments, programming, and supervision.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in ABA.
• Provide direct behavioral services in person (min 50% of supervision hours) and via telehealth.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff through in-person and remote coaching.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams for client-centered care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in CentralReach per HIPAA requirements.
• Participate in client intake and onboarding to understand each individual’s needs.
