Giving Growth Therapy ABA in Clayton, NC seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This full-time, hybrid role offers a manageable caseload of 7-10 clients and a supportive environment designed to prevent burnout.

You will conduct assessments, develop ABA-based treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and school staff while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation in CentralReach. Relocation within 40 miles encouraged.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with data collection and treatment plan modification.
• Knowledge of ABA methodologies and evidence-based interventions.
• HIPAA compliance and ethical practice are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must reside within 40 miles or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Carry a manageable caseload of 7-10 clients with time for assessments, programming, and supervision.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in ABA.
• Provide direct behavioral services in person and via telehealth (50%+ supervision hours).
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff through coaching.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams for client-centered care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in CentralReach per HIPAA requirements.
• Participate in client intake and onboarding to understand needs.
