Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding team. You will carry a manageable caseload and provide ABA-based services with a mix of in-person supervision and telehealth.

The role requires BCBA certification and NC LBA eligibility, a commitment to HIPAA, collaboration with families, and supervision of RBTs. Relocation support and CEU coverage offered.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• NC LBA eligibility or willingness to obtain is required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and ethical practice.
• Strong data collection, analysis and treatment plan modification skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 7-10 clients with time for assessments and programming.
• Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide in-person and telehealth supervision and direct services (≥50% in-person).
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams.
