Total Care ABA in North Carolina is hiring a Remote/Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services, supervise RBTs, and train families. Earn $85,000–$100,000 based on experience, with 80% in-person supervision and a flexible schedule in NC.

Qualified candidates reside in NC, hold BCBA certification and NC LBA license, and have ABA program oversight experience. Benefits include strong support and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and NC LBA license.
• Residence in North Carolina.
• Experience developing and overseeing ABA treatment programs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze client data and adjust programming to support progress.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs.
• Conduct caregiver training and support families throughout treatment.
• Complete progress reports and clinical documentation.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, and other clinical evaluations.
• Perform initial assessments and treatment plan development for new clients.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to ensure exceptional outcomes.
